Caramelised Macadamias 175g

These are made by the same family who’ve been perfecting their craft since 1939, and what I love about them is that the macadamias are grown at a small farm in the Byron Hinterland. 

As soon as they’re harvested, they’re roasted and caramelised straight away. This kind of freshness makes a big difference. When they’re prepared this way, they go smooth and buttery.

Some food just pulls you in before you even taken a bite. These do exactly that. They’re golden and glossy, and just so inviting. I’m actually looking at a jar right now and my mouth is watering.

First you bite through a crisp, caramelised shell, then you get the soft, creamy macadamia. The experience will make you smile.
