Caramelised Pistachios 200g

The exact method for making these pistachios is top secret, but here’s what I do know. They’re made using Australian Pistachios grown near the Murray River. They're roasted and slowly caramelised in large copper bowls that have been in use since 1939.

The same family have been making them for more than 70 years and the recipe hasn’t changed. The caramelised shell gives them a satisfying crunch, and inside the roasted pistachios are rich and creamy.

We rarely keep them in our house because whenever a jar appears in the kitchen it’s usually gone within 10 minutes. They’re seriously good.
